It’s officially the end of an era. Colorbleed will be closing its doors before the end of 2025.
What a ride it has been.
Since starting out in 2011, we’ve had the privilege of working with brands and clients who trusted us to take ideas further, challenge conventions, and raise the bar with every project. We won awards we didn’t even know existed when we entered the world of high-end advertising and animation as rookies. For us awards never became the goal, though. The focus was always on the craft, strong ideas, and creating animated stories that people actually want to watch - and having fun along the way. Thanks everyone for all the amazing trust in our crazy process.
Most of all, we want to thank the people. The artists, producers, and directors who believed in the work and gave their absolute best, every single time. The quality of what we made together, and the standards everyone set for ourselves, are something we’re deeply proud of. Colorbleed became what it was because of that collective effort. To everyone in the team, you all made this experience worth the ride.
While this chapter is coming to an end, the mindset that shaped Colorbleed continues. We’ve always been driven by curiosity and by pioneering creative workflows across animation, VFX, and storytelling. And that drive doesn’t stop here.

To get unlucky Slimpie launched into a (clean, we hope) laundry basket, we started simple: a stand-in dummy, a tripod, and a well-timed dunk by one of the crew 🌀🎯
Everything else — Slimpie, the washing machine, the impact — was recreated in 3D. One practical shot, fully taken over by CG.
We helped McDonald’s Germany turn a seasonal promo into a full-blown theme park universe. Our new breakdown video shows how we built the whole 3D world from scratch — characters, eggs, environments, and a lot of rollercoaster loops 🎢
