Social safety is one of the core values of our association. Therefore, Complex collaborates with Rutgers on the 'Are You Okay?' campaign.
When in doubt about whether or not someone is comfortable or not, asking one simple question can make all the difference.
To properly convey the message of this campaign, Complex appointed some of her members as 'Are You Okay?' ambassadors.

Today we share Vera's message:
"When I suspect someone is not feeling well, I ask if they need something. This can be a conversation or just a hug."
Feeling supported, included, and safe is important for Vera. This is obviously a message that Complex fully supports!
