I was walking the other day, listening to a shuffle playlist on Spotify, when this song came on—and wow, it stopped me in my tracks. The lyrics hit me so deeply: “I’ve been working real hard on myself, on my health, and my happiness…” I immediately thought, I have to share this with y’all.

As we wrap up the year and step into 2025, let’s take a moment to give ourselves a round of applause. For every battle we’ve fought, every step forward we’ve taken (no matter how small), and for simply making it through.
