We are proud to announce that Paul Posse and Jeroen Bijl are coming to our building to start a restaurant in our suited spaces such as our bar and terrace and do what they do best: create unforgettable experiences. Paul Posse is the man behind restaurant Eaux Posse, which till recently was located at Schiemond, and has a lot of experience in the Rotterdam catering industry. Before Eaux Posse he had a coffee and lunch place in the old Fenix ​​warehouses as well as a restaurant on the Brede Hilledijk. This new adventure in our monumental building is called POSSE@STEUR.

It is great to see that Paul and Jeroen have started the necessary work to make our catering space completely their own and to realize the restaurant. Of course, a lot still needs to be done, but we are already very much looking forward to seeing the result and seeing POSSE@STEUR welcome the first guests. Work in progress, coming soon…

The most versatile, visible and characteristic building material of historic buildings is brick and so it is for our building. We freshened up the brick facade of our building recently and in combination with the renovation of our monumental window frames, which were tackled in the previous phase, we can only say that we are very happy with the result!
