These reviews and analysis reveal the factors that most influence review scores across the key stages of the guest journey. Find what they think about check-in, breakfast, rooms, and operations. These are from verified reviews across the DACH region from hotels and give feedback into what consumers are really thinking.

What did we learn from this? What do guests want?? Communication, transparency, consistency of offer and brand, and a personal touch. And for sustainability, they wanted to see it integrated into operations in a way that made it not feel like a burden, but a contribution.
