Verduurzaming binnenvaart in stroomversnelling door laadinfrastructuur bij QTerminals

Zero Emission Services en QTerminals Kramer Rotterdam zetten een belangrijke stap richting duurzaam goederentransport: de ontwikkeling van laadinfrastructuur voor mobiele batterijen op de Maasvlakte!

Binnenvaartschippers kunnen straks een volle batterij met groene energie ophalen bij QTerminals en hiermee zero-emissie richting Rotterdam, Alblasserdam, Moerdijk en zelfs Nijmegen varen. Zonder uitstoot en veel stiller.

QTerminals is blij met de samenwerking: het nieuwe laadstation en de vergroening die dit mogelijk maakt sluit aan bij haar verduurzamingsambities. Als logistieke draaischijf draagt ze actief bij aan vergroening door een schone, alternatieve brandstof voor de binnenvaart aan te bieden.

Ook Zero Emission Services is trots op het partnerschap: de toevoeging van de Maasvlakte aan het netwerk van groene vaarroutes is essentieel voor de verduurzaming van het goederentransport.

Sustainable inland shipping is gaining momentum thanks to charging infrastructure at QTerminals

Zero Emission Services and QTerminals Kramer Rotterdam are taking a significant step towards sustainable freight transport: the development of charging infrastructure for mobile batteries at the Maasvlakte! Inland skippers will soon be able to pick up a fully charged battery with green energy at QTerminals and use it to sail zero-emission towards Rotterdam, Alblasserdam, Moerdijk, and even Nijmegen. Without emissions and quiet.

QTerminals is pleased with the collaboration: the new charging station and the greening it makes possible aligns with its sustainability ambitions. As a logistics hub, it actively contributes to sustainability by offering a clean, alternative fuel for inland shipping.

Zero Emission Services is also proud of the partnership: the addition of the Maasvlakte to the network of green shipping routes is essential for making freight transport more sustainable.
