We are happy to announce the dates of our matcha workshops in the coming months.

Content:
- Small Matcha lecture: the host will introduce us the history of matcha, the culture background of matcha ceremony, and knowledge of matcha grades.
- Unique Matcha stone mill demonstration: Host will demonstrate how matcha is ground freshly from Tencha to Matcha, by using a traditional style stone mill from Japan. We will always try to arrange some time for participants to also try, depending on how full the workshop is.
- Matcha making presentation: the host will present different types of matcha, including top grade matcha from Fuji Mountain area. He will show the techniques of making traditional matcha tea and ice matcha.
- Whisk your own matcha: everyone can try to whisk your own matcha tea! With your matcha, you will get a piece of our premium sweets:)
- Q&A: Do you have any questions about Matcha or Japanese tea? Feel free to ask in our Q&A part at the end of the workshop!
- Enjoy your matcha with sweets

Maximal: 10 people
Workshop fee: 39.00 euro/p.p.

How to sign up: A pre-payment is needed for signing up. Please send email to [email protected], we will send payment details back to you. You can also register in our shop.

Please sign up at least 1 week before the workshop date.
