It sucks to wake up to a hangover and sore feet after a night out. Here’s what I do to get myself back up and running:

1. HYDRATION! 💧 Drink lots and lots of water and juices to keep yourself hydrated - you may no longer have an appetite, but you must get enough liquids flowing in your body. Suggest coconut water, Pocari and fresh smoothies 🥥🍹!

2. Put on good sun protection and rest on the beach whole day 🏝 - load up with vit D to boost your immune system so you don’t catch other bugs when your body is weak

3. Randomly discovered this amazing product called Hydra Pop by in Italy! After a long night dancing in high heels 💃 , the next day your feet and legs will be tired and your skin will be dry 🫥. This nourishing mousse gives your legs a refreshing and comfortable tingly effect after application, helping your muscles relax and recover 😌 Plus, the lotus flower extract in it makes it smell extra calming. It saved me from spending €50 for a foot massage 😜

4. Hydration face mask to help your skin rest and recover from dehydration 🧖‍♀️

✈️ to Nice 🇫🇷 & Imperia 🇮🇹 !! ☀️

Sun, beaches, nice weather, good vibes, authentic cuisine and parties here I come 😍

Both places, the coastline is made up of pebbles and funny shaped big rocks (perfect sun bed 😆…)

🇮🇹 💜 Local food at The Bagni Delfino, La Spiaggetta dei Balzi Rossi, Spiaggia Cervo Marina De Rè, St. Lorenzo al Mare in Imperia was amazing.

🇫🇷 💜 The 7km long seafront Promenade des Anglais in Nice and the seafront right next to the big shopping mall CAP3000 at St. Laurent du var.

Literally you can wear your bikini all day and just jump into the water whenever you feel too hot. And it does get very hot! Right now it’s 32 degrees on the beach while I’m typing this post 😜

I cannot give you a recommendation of which is the best beach, because they are all very similar but all breathtakingly amazing!!! Not only in the day but also when night falls 💜 moon bathing is super relaxing and can really help with relieving anxiety.

Note waves can be very strong, especially in Imperia so be extra careful if you are accessing into the sea from the big rocks. You can jump right in, but you might not be able to climb up directly so you’ll have to swim further away to the shore (need good swimming skills under such strong waves).

Tip: beaches here made of pebbles and rocks, so have a pair of aqua shoes, to avoid sharp cuts on your feet!

No time to exercise? ⏰ Running short of time to shape your body for that killer bikini look? 👙

I regularly do a 3-day detox for my body with veg & fruits, especially prior to my beach vacations. I took this inspiration from ☺️ Out of all the different types of diets like 168, keto, Atkins etc… I find this crash GM dieting method is the fastest & most effective way to achieve a flat belly without me feeling hungry or lacking in energy.

My meal plan:
Day 1 - all day fruits (EXCEPT banana) - you can eat any fruits under the sun but banana + drink min 8-12 glasses of water!!
Day 2 - all day veg (EXCEPT sweet potato) - eat any veg you want at any time, cooked (preferably boiling and steaming only) or raw, + at least one boiled potato + min 8-12 glasses of water!!
Day 3 - fruits & veg day (EXCEPT sweet potato, potato and banana) - same like the first and second day, but today you are allowed to mix your fruits and veg + min 8-12 glasses of water a day!!

Drinking enough water is a MUST, don't skip this!

P.S. this diet is not recommended for long term diet plan, especially those with diabetes, high blood pressure, heart issues, pregnant & breastfeeding women, please consult with your doctor before adopting this detox plan

Summer = vacation time!!! ☀️ Here’s my 4th tip on how you should prepare yourself to not just feel but also LOOK GOOD on your vacation! 🤩

Beach holiday pack list: (7 days)

Hair:
Travel size hair mask - (beach salt water, hotel shampoo might not be best quality)
Small bottle hair spray
Hair brush

Face:
Travel kits (face wash, toner, essence, serum, eye cream, face cream)
Travel size face mist
Face sun screen spf 50+
Tinted BB cream spf 50+
1-2 moisturizing paper masks
Standard size aloe gel
Make-up remover
Moisturizing lip balm
Tweezer
Nail clipper
Pocket size facial massage device (more on this in another post!)
Small eyelash brush

Body:
Travel size body cream
Spray on spf 50+ body sunscreen

Clothes:
Light blazer / thicker long sleeves button up shirt
Short pants x 1
Thin long pants x 1
Summer dresses x 5
Short sleeve t-shirt / vest x 2

(P.S. select a pair of comfy shoes for the airport & flight, preferably one that good for long walks)

I’m a petite person, with no special allergy aside from hay fever 😷 normal skin type with no special needs (only tend to be a little oily on my T-zone area 😅), normal hair type with no fizz 😌 You may need to alter slightly according to your own daily routine ☺️

P.S. other stuff such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, I normally buy them when I arrive at my destination to save some baggage space. And most of the time they are already provided by the hotels!
