🛍 Packaging design is an extended part of your brand identity. Powerful branding & marketing tool.

🤩 Packaging should be exciting, and an outstanding experience!
As it’s usually the final touchpoint for a customer!

🙏 Should be cohesive with your brand identity, purposeful, recognizable, usable, and user-friendly.

🥡 E.g. food packaging, besides branding & marketing role, should also securely contain, identify, and be safe and easy to store the food item, while being delivered.

Packaging should explore the opportunities for brands to harness technology and creativity to create meaningful experiences.

Packaging should have relevant and tested problem solutions for the best user experience. E.g. an anti-spillage lid for safely storing the food, or a great ergonomic shape.

Packaging should be inclusive. E.g packaging with a braille code on them. It’s a great way to target a new group audience by solving their problem.

The packaging design shouldn’t be only aesthetic, but always try to be emphatic. Packaging should be tested and prototyped, always having the user in mind.

Packaging can be a way to take a stand. Especially nowadays it’s the right choice to use materials sustainably sourced, and easily recyclable. Make it a recyclable, collectible, and reusable item, and reduce waste.
