Thursday, April 22–𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙙𝙤𝙬 𝙘𝙞𝙧𝙘𝙪𝙞𝙩𝙨 @ WORM: a night of selected shorts
Come join us for a night of short films at our next-door neighbour WORM, curated by shadow circuits’ program maker Ruby Reding . The evening features films that focus on journeys on cargo ships, set against the backdrop of the current turmoil, caused by inflation, automation of labour and the current wars in Iran and Libanon. With the sea as a political and poetic landscape, the films explore globalisation, the pollution of our resources and the people who labour at different sites along the supply chain.
