✨ Happy New Year ✨

As we step into a new year, I want to reflect on 2025 with gratitude.
One meaningful milestone from this past year was completing my Doula certification 🤍

A Doula is a trained professional who offers emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period — providing continuous presence, comfort measures, advocacy, and care throughout the birth experience.

My interest in this work grew through my therapy practice, particularly by listening to women share their birth stories — stories that revealed how deeply birth is held in the body and how vital it is to feel supported and witnessed during such a profound life transition.

While Doula support is not part of my services at the moment, it will be thoughtfully integrated into my professional offerings in the future.

I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the couples who allowed me to assist and witness their birth moments, and who trusted me with their vulnerability and my support during such a powerful time 🤍

✨ Stay tuned — I’ll soon be sharing another certification I achieved this year.
