A temporary worker is entitled to the same terms and conditions of employment as employees directly employed by the client, to the extent that this is permitted under applicable laws, regulations, and the collective bargaining agreement.

This means that if the client’s collectiva bargaining agreement or terms and conditions of employment include a travel allowance, the temporary worker is generally entitled to it as well.

We believe it is important that temporary workers are treated fairly and equally. That is why we align with the terms of employment that apply within the company where the candidate works.
