Recently, we had the honour of signing a Phase C contract with Alans and Marija!

Their journey with us began on September 8, 2022, when they first started at ANAC. Since then, they transitioned to , where they have been doing an outstanding job ever since. What makes their story extra special? Alans and Marija joined us together as a couple (and still are one 😉)!

We are proud of their dedication, loyalty, and hard work over the past years. It is an absolute pleasure to provide them with the stability of this Phase C contract.

🌟 From new hire to permanent contract in just over two years.

Davids Noviks joined B2Works back in 2022 and has been working at De Klok Logistics ever since. Step by step, he grew into a trusted and valued member of their team.
As of March 1st, 2026, Davids officially joined DKL on a permanent contract. A well-deserved next step for someone who shows up, works hard, and never stops learning.

📚🇳🇱 Learning never stops!

Like every year, we invested in a Dutch language course for our employees. One of the participants is Terrence, who is very happy to improve his language skills.

Learning Dutch will not only help him in his daily life, but also at work at Kegro Deuren, where he has been working since June 2025. Terrence started on the production department and has gained a lot of experience over the past months. Today, he works as a Surface Planner Operator, among other roles. 💪

We’re proud to support our employees in their development and wish Terrence and all other participants “veel geluk” with learning Dutch! 🙌
