Are you ready to leverage your expertise to champion media freedom, human rights, and social change? RNW Media is looking for a strategic, socially conscious, and engaged Member of the Supervisory Board

RNW Media is an international media development organisation. Working with a diverse team representing 14 countries, we support independent digital media in over 25 countries to inform communities, counter harmful narratives, and support open societies.

What we are looking for:
- Prior experience as a member of a Supervisory Board (Raad van Toezicht).
- Background in HR management and organisational change.
- A strong affinity with RNW Media’s mission; experience within international NGOs or digital media is a significant plus.
- A team player, excellent communicator, and strategic thinker who brings cultural sensitivity and integrity.

What we offer: An inspiring and dynamic governance role (voluntary basis, approx. 4 hours per month + 4 to 6 formal meetings per year) where you can directly influence our strategic path and global impact.
