Dive into the world of sustainable compost processing with Senro! Our advanced method is transforming the way we handle compost, making it more efficient and ideal for coarse input materials.🍃

🚫 To remove impurities, we use a dual approach to remove both light and heavy contaminants. The Senro compost shifter blows air into the material, after which light impurities are sucked away. In this example, the compost shifter is positioned above the conveyor belt, but it is also possible to position the system at the end of the conveyor belt where the material falls. Because the material is loosened in the fall, light particles can be sucked away extremely effective!

🚫 For heavy impurities, an adjustable-angle rock conveyor strategically separates stones, inerts and other heavy contaminants. This conveyor gets positioned just right, so that compost gets transported upwards, and heavy contaminants roll off at the bottom.

✅ At the end, the customer is left with four separate compost fractions. The 0-10 mm fraction enriches delicate soils, while the 10-25 mm and 25-150 mm fractions enhance landscaping and agricultural practices. The oversized 150+ mm material contributes to organic matter enrichment and erosion control, making their diverse applications ecologically significant.

𝐈𝐧 𝐝𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭🚨
Afgelopen half jaar hebben Niels Kort (Accountancy) via Brouwers Accountants & Adviseurs en Chris Voerman (Technische Bedrijfskunde) bij ons een afstudeeropdracht uitgevoerd. Niels heeft gekeken naar ‘Administratieve Organisatie en Interne Beheersing’ met de nadruk op bestellingen en inkoop. Chris heeft een financiële en technische haalbaarheidsstudie uitgevoerd met betrekking op de optimalisering van de conservering van onze productiedelen. Beide hebben met hun uitstekende inzet en motivatie een bruikbaar resultaat opgeleverd aan Senro, en hebben hiermee hun Bachelor behaald! 🎉

Van Chris hoeven we geen afscheid te nemen. Hij komt namelijk in augustus in vaste dienst als Sales Engineer om het Sales team te versterken!
