With Carnaval just around the corner, Blauwdurp is more than ready to celebrate.

We keep on growing.
Today, we welcomed another strong group of new Itilians. Different backgrounds, one shared mindset: taking ownership and delivering as promised.

Growth for us isn’t about headcount. It’s about growing for the customer by building teams that turn complex challenges into workable solutions.

Looking back to 2025! No - but a quick glimpse through the past 12 months at Itility…

Happy to see that - despite the difficult global economy - we still welcomed new customers as well as new .

We celebrated our familiar events, such as our quarterly all-hands “Samen,” our Elderly Dinner with De Zonnebloem (this year expanded with a High Tea at our office), our annual customer event “Connect & Share” (focused on connecting peers), and, of course, the visit of Sint.

We also put the “healthy mind in a healthy body” mantra into practice with recurring activities like the Eindhoven Marathon, mud run, soccer competition, padel tournament, and Oktoberfest ride. With a addition: our very own Itility gym. Including a monthly challenge to compete with fellow on bench presses, lunges, and plank minutes.

And we trained our minds through our Season School training sessions - ranging from LogicMon and requirements analysis to Fabric, OpenTofu, and even resuscitation training.
