Who we’re looking for?

You are looking fora steady career in SIF forthe long term and:

•Hold a VCA Basic certificate or is willing to obtain one

•Have English proficiency at B1-B2 level

•Have relevant experience or serious interest in metalworking, welding, CNC, or technical production (or relevant education)

•Are physically fit, precise, detail-oriented, and quality-focused

•Have analytical problem-solving skills

•Hold a valid driver’s license (B)

•Are willing to work in a 3-shift system 19,08 euro brutto/1h + shift bonus

•Are willing to complete a fun online game-based assessment to test learning ability and problem-solving skills

•Are motivated, ambitious, flexible, and interested in long-term growth, including potential relocation to the Netherlands

Working hours

•3-shift system: morning, afternoon, and night shifts

•25 vacation days per year + 1 extra week in winter

Assembly Mechanic in Oss

We are looking for experienced specialists who want to help create innovative mobile tower cranes – produced from start to finish in Oss.

As an Assembly Mechanic, you will be responsible for assembling components and building our unique cranes according to the highest quality standards. The work takes place in organized assembly teams (Pre-assembly, Trucks, Upper Frames, Masts, Jibs, Electrical, Paint Shop).

Your tasks:

* Assembly and inspection of (sub)components of mobile cranes;

* Working according to instructions and the production plan;

* Reporting and implementing process improvements;

* Ensuring quality, precision, and workplace safety.

Requirements:

* Technical education (preferably mechatronics or automotive);

* Own accommodation and transportation;

* Knowledge of English or Dutch;

* Experience in mechanical assembly;

* Overhead crane certificate and Category C driving license (preferred);

* Ability to work in a team, responsibility, and goal-oriented mindset.
