Celebrating good vibes on our last course day of Critical Alignment Therapy Training 🎉

It was really refreshing to be back regularly at the Critical Alignment Institute in Amsterdam the past six months. The course provided a valuable learning process. Almost 10 years post teacher training, this was a good time for reflection as well as diving deeper into the method. I'm looking forward to working with new groups and participants who are looking to improve their strength, mobility, range of movement and spine health 🌸🦋🧘🏼‍♀️
