Existing site, envisioned structure: creating renderings to explain ideas

Plus One Design was asked to create street view renderings and an architectural site plan for this project in Alabama. The client had already agreed upon the finalized design but needed a way to visualize the project to get approval of the city planning department.

Using the architect’s building model, we recreated the existing site topography based on the Survey of Record and individually placed existing trees in the rendering engine.
The idea was to get as close to traditional photography as possible, to help the planning department visualize the completed project.

Hospital Addition

USA Hospital in Alabama hired Walcott Adams Verneuille Architects to design this addition. The architect clad their building in metal paneling, white and gray, counterposing the existing starkly rectangular facades with gentle curves. Plus One Design was tasked to create a rendering to further visualize the design.

Some more renderings for the beachfront condo where a new look was designed for the lower level. Purpose of these images was to inspire consent from the residents - think they were convinced? 😉

Ready to relax? Beachfront Condo Renovation

A client of Walcott Adams Verneuille Architects owns a 32 floor beachfront condo in Southeastern USA. They asked the firm to redesign their lower level on the waterside. The architect added a bar and pavilion around a new pool.

Residents of the building need to approve the concept, so Plus One Design was hired to render some inspirational images, telling the story of the architect’s vision.
