We are focusing on improving ENERGY levels, increasing MOBILITY, building up MUSCLE mass and strength and learning new SKILLS.
My training takes you to a complete self care routine where you can work on your fitness but also learn professional BOXING skills.

I charge 70β¬ per 1 hour session. PAYMENT cash or via bank transfer. Always on invoice.
For better results, you can train twice a week. In which case you can pay 120β¬ for 2 sessions.
Or, if you want to bring your discipline to the next level, we can sign a 3 months contract for training twice a week, every week. 24 sessions. For only 1300β¬.

All training takes place OUTDOORS. Please research on the health and therapeutic benefits of outdoors training.
Training indoors is also available, but at your own cost. Training indoors will have the prices go a little bit higher.
Training outdoors can also save you a lot of time since we can train anywhere close to your home.

No sophisticated EQUIPMENT needed. Training shoes. Light comfortable clothes. A pair of boxing gloves and boxing wrist bands. The rest of equipment I can provide myself.

Why BOXING?!
I have been practicing very many different martial arts styles since age 9. I found BOXING to be the most efficient for me for both self DEFENSE and THERAPEUTIC purposes.
Physically, it is also a great form of FITNESS and it can bring your full body in a great shape before you know it.
Even though we don't train to become professional champions, we can train just as seriously. Boxing can improve our MENTAL CAPACITY for focus, attention, our decision making process, our reaction time. It can fight stress, overthinking, low self esteem, anxiety and depression.
Even though we don't necessarily train for a competition or for a fight, we know that our best enemy is ourself. Is our own laziness, our own procrastination, our own vices. That is what we are fighting. We are fighting our own extremes so that we can BALANCE our lifestyles and improve our quality of life.

What is CAT BOXING!? ππ―
It is you versus you. You are your greatest project you can work on. And you are also your greatest obstacle.
π₯BOXING is the game of "hit and not get hit". It is probably one of the most ancient martial arts. Very simple and efficient. Very easy to learn and enjoy.
With us, you can learn footwork, different guard styles, defense & attack techniques, strategies and tactics, combinations, drills, padwork, bagwork and light sparring.
In order to create optimal performance for Boxing and a strong athletic foundation, we have to incorporate in our training elements of Calisthenics & Yoga.
πͺ CALISTHENICS is an ancient form of body weight training. It translates from Greek into "Beautiful (Cali) Strength (Sthenos)".
Here, you can learn how to train push ups, planks, pull ups, squats and resistance band workouts. This form of training will help us to build up muscle mass and strengthen our joints and tendons.
π SHAOLIN YOGA is an ancient Chinese practice that originates from The Shaolin Temple of Zen in China. Here, we will focus on stretching and breathing exercises especially designed for maintenance and recovery.
In order to balance out the hardness of our Boxing and Calisthenics workouts, we bring soft movements that help our bodies and our nervous systems relax and refresh.
π₯ While our focus primarily goes on BOXING, we are very well aware of the importance of taking care of the body, mind and spirit so that we can enjoy our craft into long age.
