What a milestone! Choux is celebrating it’s 10th anniversary this May, and we would like to celebrate this with you. From the 19th till the 24th of May, we are organizing a real party week in which we will look back on 10 years of Choux. Every evening will be a special evening in which we will celebrate Choux.

We have a spot opening for an energetic sous-chef from February onwards. After almost 6 years, our dear chef is leaving us to pursuit a new path, and will succeed him as the captain of the ship. Therefore, we are looking for the right sous-chef to come and support Dirk and join our amazing team!

What are we looking for?

First of all we’re looking for an awesome human being. Next to that, we like you to have or be at least the following:
- Socially adapt;
- Used to leading bigger teams;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Nerves of steel;
- Extensive fine dining experience;
- Produce knowledge and kitchen skills needed for this position;
- EU-citizenship;
- Awarness of the housing situation in Amsterdam and surroundings.
