Ok, we've been quiet. Far too quiet for far too long. This is why.

On the 23rd of June I'm doing a full Triathlon in Nice. Wanna donate? Why?!? I've had to answer this question quite a few times over the past year, as I was telling people about my triathlon ambitions. It's a fair question; most people wouldn't describe a 3.8 Km swim followed by a 180 Km bikeride topped off with running a marathon a fun thing to do.
