Last week i was invited by to paint this mural of

was one of biggest talents in the academy. Until on the 8th of July 2017, he had a heart attack on the pitch, during a friendly game in Austria. Since then, he has been in a state of minimal consciousness. He is no longer in a coma, but he needs full-time care, cannot walk or speak independently, and communicates in very limited ways.

I pained a portrait of him in 2017 and Im happy i had the chance to paint one now, in his own neighbourhood “Slotermeer” in .

Please also check out the .foundation who are doing a great job of creating awareness and placing AED machines. As I had a heartattack in 2021, this is a subject Im deeply caring about.
