BOOM π₯ FridayFlow
This weeks FridayFlow is for Indian or light clubs. It is an intermediate Indian clubs workout and the flow is called the Asynchronous Whirlwind Defender.
This flow is an advanced version of the beginner whirlwind defender flow. Now weβll practice the asynchronous version, which means weβre decoupling the left from the right without breaking the pattern of the flow. Pretty complex!
1. Start in the Defender position and open your right elbow to find the starting position.
2. Extend the right arm to the T position, and open the left elbow.
3. Drop the right arm into a front pendulum as you extend the left arm to the T position.
4. Allow the right to pendulate as the left arm drops into the front pendulum.
5. The right comes back to the T and pulls back to that 90 degree position. The left pendulates.
6. Draw the right elbow back in front of the body to the defender and swing the left up to the T and back to the open defender position.
7. Rotate the defenders to the starting position and try again!
