Most advice about impostor syndrome is framed around confidence. Believe in yourself. Fake it till you make it.
But the more I watch it in myself, and in the people I work with, the less I think that’s the real issue.
Impostor syndrome doesn’t always mean you’re not good enough. Often, it means something in you isn’t fully coherent yet.
And so, feeling like an impostor is not a failure. But evidence that something in you is alive, recalibrating, asking to be seen.
