This is great! We are launching our conversion attribution today.

What KPI are you using to gauge your Facebook performance? Page likes? Engagement? Reach? Response time maybe?

From today we are introducing a new KPI called Monthly Active Loyals or shortnamed MAL.

It is THE best and most solid KPI for measuring your Facebook performance.

Websites and apps are usually benchmarked using MAU (Monthly Active Users) because repeated usuage is a much more insightful metric than only visitors or installs. MAL indicates the size of your most loyal fans. Your most loyals fans are usually high value customers for your brand. Retaining and growing this group is basically what every company does when using facebook, but no solid KPI was available to represent this group.

Are you activating and engaging with your most loyal fans? In our ROI reports for branding, we break down how many fans interacted with your content this week, that falls into the "high, middle, or low loyalty" category.

We do this by ranking all your users based on their loyalty score. For brands who are actively engaging with their fans, they know who their ambassadors are and see their position among all the fans who interacted with your content in the past month.

The second pie shows how many new users are you able to attract to your page. Friends of fans for example :)
