𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲
•Minimum of two years of experience in housekeeping, ideally as a Supervisor.
•Confident and comfortable interacting with diverse, international teams and guests.
•Able to coordinate and effectively communicate with staff across various language backgrounds.
•Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
•Fluent in English (Upper Intermediate/Advanced).
•Resides in Amsterdam or nearby.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
•Oversee rooms, manage reservations, and pre-block rooms to guarantee every guest room is perfect upon arrival.
•Manage staff according to shifts and availability within the hotel.
•Monitor and evaluate the performance of junior housekeeping staff.
•Respond promptly and professionally to all customer complaints and queries.
•Maintain inventory records for cleaning products and ensure timely restocking.
•Ensure all hotel rules, standards, and procedures are followed correctly.
