We traded our cozy cocoon for brand new flex stations, perfect for clients who need both hands-on mobility work and immediate access to strength training 💪🏾

Meet Dhymond!
23 years old and coming from Zeeland, our intern we’re already super proud of. He’ll be with us in the studio until February, learning fast and already supporting clients independently in both physiotherapy and personal training.

He’s working towards becoming a physical therapy assistant, but for now, he’s also indulging in his new hobby: sprint training!
