New bus permits in Barcelona — here's what changed. 🇪🇸

Starting February 9th, 2026, Zona Bus 4.0 is fully in effect. Tourist buses now need digital permits to access key landmarks like Sagrada Familia, Park Güell, and Ciutat Vella.
