I am very pleased to offer you a one-hour individual online somatic coaching session in combination with an Active Breath recorded module. Each Active Breath module focuses on a major body system with five weekly sessions giving you 10 hours of detailed study and practice.
Combining the individual coaching session with the Active Breath module will enhance your personal and professional practice and guide you in adapting this detailed somatic practice to your specific needs and requirements.
