It’s time to break the silence around sexual assault and harassment in the workplace.

You must get comfortable taking risks - if you don’t push yourself beyond what is comfortable you will never know how far you can go.
You may fail
But SO WHAT?
Endless ‘successful’ people will tell you that their success was born out of their failures.
If you feel stuck and don’t know whether or not you should do something - GO FOR IT. Always default to action.
You already know what being stuck looks like - so why wouldn’t you take action!
Action breeds action and creates its own momentum - it only has to be small steps but make a decision and move.
