At Expat Rental Services BV we always try to offer the best rental service for our clients. Despite the recent outbreak of COVID – 19 (Coronavirus), we have decided to not stop our services but instead monitor the situation closely and take extra safety. Here are some precautions we will take to protect Your and our health.

Extra hygiene measures in the office

Hygiene is incredibly important in this case, so we have informed each other about how we can prevent the spread of the virus. This means that all employees of Expat Rental Services BV:
• Avoid personal contact (shaking hands etc.)
• Stay at home in case of cold symptoms
• Wash hands regularly
• Keep a distance of 1.5 meters between clients and each other

Extra measures during the viewing

The viewings will be held with higher precaution:
• Avoid personal contact (shaking hands etc.)
• We enter apartments with only 1 party at the time
• We keep a distance of 1.5 meters between clients and each other

Would You rather stay at home?

If You prefer to reserve a property without viewing, You can. We’ll make sure You see a recent video of the apartment in order to know the property and sign the tenancy agreement before transferring the rent, deposit, and agency fee.
