The global ensemble forecast system shows possible chances of normal to above normal rainfall dominance across West-Africa. Except for central to eastern and coast Nigeria, northern and western Sierra Leone, and coastal Guinea, where near normal to below normal rainfall is most likely.

This evening, thunderstorms and rainfall activities are observed over western and northern Algeria, southwestern Libya, eastern Guinea, northern and coastal Sierra Leone, coastal Liberia, southern Cote d'Ivoire, central to southern Ghana, northcentral to southeastern Nigeria, parts of western Cameroon, northwestern Gabon, parts of E-Guinea, northern DRC, central to eastern and southwestern Central African Republic, central to western South-Sudan, southern Sudan, western Ethiopia and parts of western Eritrea.
Cloudiness with scattered showers are also visible in many parts of the continent.
