3D EPOXY (FLOOR, WALL & CEILING) FINISHES other than the flexibility of design and/ or pattern choices - being very decorative, are very easy to maintain and clean, they are also resistant to a large number of chemicals and are heat resistant as they combine well with underfloor heating (where applicable).
Being made of resin it doesnt scratch easily, It is slip and shock resistant, durable and last long (a minimum of 20 years) before needing maintenance which doesnt need an overhaul of the flooring hence being inexpensive on the overall.
Compared to tile or any other type of floor, cracking, fading or coming loose isnt an issue. It is less abrasive than concrete flooring.
