Forgiveness is to your advantage and not to the advantage of the person you are forgiving. The church is a family and family is the last place to pick offense from.

Offenses in ministry is inevitable and to deal with it, you need the heart of a child. Forgiveness brings about peace of mind and with peace comes long life.
