To complete the faculty screening process, please ensure you have the following documents:

1. Recommendation letter (on official letterhead) from your church, school, or workplace
2. Certificate of Origin
3. Birth Certificate
4. Original or printed O'level results (WAEC/NECO or equivalent)
5. Acceptance Fee Receipt
6. JAMB Admission Letter
7. JAMB Result slip
8. Uniuyo Admission Letter
9. NIN slip
10. Uniuyo Screening form

NOTE:
Acceptance Fee payment can only be made once your name is updated on the Uniuyo portal.
