YEP is the program of the Foundation for Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta - PIND and implemented by Azure & Gold Development Foundation

𝑩𝒂𝒚𝒆𝒍𝒔𝒂 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉 𝑺𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒔 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 & 𝑬𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒋𝒆𝒄𝒕 (𝑩𝑨𝒀𝑺𝑻𝑬𝑷) 𝒃𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝑩𝒂𝒚𝒆𝒍𝒔𝒂.

With the support and funding from the Foundation for Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta - PIND, our Foundation - The Azure & Gold Development Foundation (AG-Dev) is pleased to announce the commencement of the Bayelsa Youth Skills Training & Entrepreneurship Project (BAYSTEP 2026) - an initiative aimed at equipping young people in Bayelsa State and the Niger Delta region with market-relevant vocational and entrepreneurial skills.

This Programme is designed to address youth unemployment and underemployment through structured, hands-on training in key areas within the construction services sector.

𝑬𝒍𝒊𝒈𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑪𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒂:
▪️Residents of Bayelsa State or indigenes of the Niger Delta region
▪️Must be between 16 and 35 years old
▪️Individuals who are out of school, unemployed, or underemployed
▪️Demonstrated interest in acquiring vocational skills

Participation in the programme is free, and beneficiaries will gain practical competencies to enhance employability and support entrepreneurial ventures.
