Job Description:
IFA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resource Mobilization Specialist (Fundraiser) to join our team. This role plays a critical part in identifying, securing, and diversifying funding sources to support our mission and programs.

Responsibilities:

Research potential funding sources, including grants, corporate partnerships, philanthropic organizations, and individual donors.
Develop and implement a strategic fundraising plan to diversify funding streams.
Cultivate relationships with potential donors and funders, both individuals and organizations.
Prepare and submit grant applications and proposals.
Organize and oversee fundraising events and campaigns.
Collaborate with the Strategic Communications Specialist to promote fundraising efforts.
Track and report on fundraising progress and achievements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in fundraising and donor relations.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Exceptional communication and persuasive writing abilities.
Knowledge of fundraising strategies, including grant writing and event planning.
Remuneration:
The Resource Mobilization Specialist’s remuneration is commission-based and set at a fixed 10% of the total funds raised.
