THE MINISTER OF WOMEN AFFAIRS, DEMAMDS FOR JUSTICE FOR THE LATE GOSPEL SINGER

The honourable Minister of Women Affairs, Her Excellency, Dame Pauline Tallen today 11th April, 2022, during a condolence visit on the family of the late Gospel Music Artiste, Mrs. Osinachi Nwachukwu, at her Abuja residence, Acro Estate, Abuja demands for justice for the late Gosple singer who died as a result of domestic Gender - Based Violence.

The Minister made the demands after a private session with the children of the deceased and also demand for the protection of the children.
The children who are cared for by a church member, Mr. Sunday Chino of Dunamis Church, could not hide anything from the Honorable Minister.

The minister confirmed that the husband of the deceased is in the costudy of the police.

Dame Tallen use the visit to enjoins couple who are in abusive marriages to break silence for timely intervention.

She prayed for eternal repose of the departed women of God.

Gradually, women are blurring the sight of societal stereotypes by recording unprecedented attainment. I feel delighted that slowly women are taking out seats to join the tables where global decisions are made in all spheres of life.
