SIMPLE DIY DETOX WATER RECIPE
Get: 2litres of water
1 medium cucumber
1 lemon
10 - 12 mint leaves.

METHOD: mix cucumber, lemon and mint into 2litres of water, allow it stay for sometime for the ingredients to mix properly into the water. Drink a glass of the water mixture every morning.

This recipe is good for general body detox, including clear skin, flat tummy and for bloated tummy! 💯
