Each grain has 3 parts.
Husk is the inedible part which is thrown away
Bran which is the covering or the brown part of the rice. This is where all the nutrition lies.
Endos***m which is the white part of the rice.
With barely any nutrition.
Whole grains contain all the layers of bran and the endos***m.
Parboiled rice is not a whole grain. It has been thrown in boiling water where most of the bran is off.
Whole grains are high in fiber, keeping you full for longer, aids in healthy weight management and is related to lower risk of chronic diseases.

Grilling food is the way forward! There are a few distinctive advantages, both on health and taste levels.

Health

Requires less fat, perhaps just a light covering prior to putting under the grill to help start the cooking process
Renders fat, resulting in a healthier dish overall as fat drips away from the food as it cooks
Cooks food evenly without drying out, assuming you turn every few minutes if under a grill
Doesn’t overheat the oils or fats, resulting in unwanted carcinogens (whereas frying can lead to excessively high temperatures, creating unwanted, and potentially dangerous, by-products)
Taste

Adds flavour through caramelising the natural sugars in the meat or veg (known as the Maillard reaction) giving way to that delicious ‘barbecue’ taste
Leads to a less greasy product as excess fat is rendered, but maintains the juice
