💧 Three Key Benefits of Drinking Water

1. Boosts Energy & Focus: Staying hydrated helps your brain function better and keeps you mentally sharp.

2. Supports Overall Health: Water aids digestion, circulation, and detoxification.

3. Enhances Physical Performance: Proper hydration keeps your body active, strong, and resilient.

Youth inclusion in governance isn’t a favour, it’s a necessity. When young voices are at the table, innovation meets leadership, and the future is shaped with intention, not assumption.

This is more than participation; it’s about influence, representation, and real power to drive change. The question is no longer if young people should be involved, but how much longer can we afford to leave them out?

The future belongs to the youth, but governance must include them today.

On 8th March 2026, members of the Rivers Chapter of African Women in Leadership Organization (AWLO) were graciously hosted to a special treat by our amazing Patroness at the prestigious Sparklyn Hotels & Suites in commemoration of International Women’s Day.

We extend our profound and unreserved appreciation to our Patroness, who took time out of her very busy schedule to celebrate this memorable day with members of the chapter.

This thoughtful gesture beautifully aligns with our theme for the month: “Recognising Women Making Impact and Fostering Collaboration.”

Together, we celebrate the strength, influence, and achievements of women who continue to inspire change and build meaningful connections. 💜
