Gross misconception about investment.
Most people think that they invest in a business or an idea. Have u heard of Human Capital/Capacity Development?
O yes, humans are the capital and the business. If the business or idea is great and great financial resources is committed to it and the humans to run it has not capacity and working knowledge(trade secrets) that great business or idea will crash regardless of the huge finance committed to it.
In real sense we don't invest in businesses or ideas. We invest in people. I learnt this wisdom the hard way but it's paying me real good now. If u fail in one investment don't jump into another. Go for further learning. Develop yourself, build ur capacity. This is what we do at Great Pace Bakeries.
