*TIPS THAT HELPS YOU PRAY AND OVERCOME SLEEP WHILE YOU PRAY MIDNIGHT PRAYER*
1. Pre- prepared for the prayers ( have it in your mind that this night am going to pray be conscious)
2. Ask God to help you pray
3. Set your alarm ⏰ not exactly the time but five minutes into prayer time
4. Watch your face and feet 🐾 with water 💦 if possible.
5. When praying don't sit, kneel down or lay down in one place for too long
6. Move around
7. Don't put your phone 🤳 on your ear 👂 and pray aloud don't murmur your prayers
8. Always put it on speaker 🔊 and if possible connect it to am MP3
9. Always comments eg type amen or the prayer point
10. Don't close your eyes 👀 while praying you might see heaven from there.

TOPIC: CALLED TO REPRESENT CHRIST
B.T: 1Timothy 4:12
"Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.
WORD ANCHOR.
As Christians we live to be the hands and feet of Jesus, called to represent Jesus Christ to a hurting and struggling world. We are not living for ourselves alone, but for the kingdom. Because people are watching us, and they want to confirm if we care. Timothy was given instruction by his mentor Paul, on how to be a good leader, "...in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity..." (1 Tim 4:1-16).

Believers are the only Bible some people will read, you are the only Jesus some people will see. The Lord is calling you to serve Him by serving others. Do not hold back because of your reputation with others or because of criticisms of others, but focus on your God given opportunities and your gift from God by putting, "... the brethren in remembrance of these things... nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained."
Paul wants Timothy and all Christ followers to know that we have something that could hold us back from fully serving God, but God is calling us to focus on Him, His gifts, His desires, and to serve Him in purity, motivated only by making a difference to others in Jesus name
