About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven professional with proven leadership skills to manage our technical team and operations across Lagos. You will oversee solar installations from start to finish, manage project ex*****on, support existing customers, troubleshoot issues, and hire and build a strong technical team to meet growing demand.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years managing technical teams or departments, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
2. Strong project management experience, using Project Management tools like Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc. PMP certification is a plus.
3. Deep understanding of solar power systems (inverters, batteries, panels, site assessments, installations, etc.).
4. Proven experience hiring, developing, and leading technical teams.
