I was intentional about giving it a name that acknowledges my root.

Lol, if you Google the meaning of this name ehh, you will get confused because you will see many things. But one common word will keep reappearing and that's 'beauty'😍

And this captures exactly what we want to achieve with this dress- to show that every woman is beautiful. This is more than a dress, it's a symbol, a statement....

IDEA VS DREAM DRESS!

Mmesoma sighed in disgust. She couldn't tell you how many Sunday services she spent getting major side-eyes from the church auntys because her dress was either "too short" or "too tight." But those aunties weren't totally wrong - some of those bodycon dresses were not exactly what you'd call decent.

You see, just like Mmesoma, it took me way too long to realize that dressing modestly doesn't have to be dry or boring at all. In fact, when you find those perfect LONG and FLOWY dresses, you can look like an absolute beauty while still feeling comfortable. Ain't nothing indecent about that!

These days, I'm obsessed with the whole LONG DRESS trend. The sweet ruffled necklines, the midi lengths, the adorable patterns - they're so beautiful and feminine! Just throw on some strappy sandals and a cute bag, and you've got the perfect church outfit sorted.

Speaking of church, please can we normalize not rocking long skirts and a barely-there crop top to praise and worship, sis. Not decent at all! At least pair those skirt with a short tunic or kaftan top. See?
