STILL ON THE MINISTRY OF ANGELS PT. 3

Last Sunday, we established that angels are God's messengers, sent to carry out His divine purposes. This Sunday, we went a step further by understanding how they operate and the boundaries of their assignment.

We learned that:
1. Angels do not act outside the charge God gives them. They are focused on the assignment and instructions of God given to them(Psalm 91:11)

2. Angels are ministering spirits, sent to minister to those who are heirs of salvation. Although they are under God's command they are to serve the heirs of salvation and that service can be in any form. (Hebrews 1:14)

3.They encamp around those who fear the Lord, bringing protection, deliverance, and divine assistance. The level of angelic operations around a regular believer and that around a believer who truly fears the Lord is not the same (Psalm 34:7; Psalm 91:11–13; Daniel 6; Acts 5:17–20; Acts 12:7–10).

As we come to an end of this teaching series, let our hearts remain yielded to God, knowing that heaven responds to His Word and His will. The God who commands angels is still working on behalf of His children today.
