MEET ABAS IGNATIUS AJURU UNIVERSITY OF EDUCATION

✅ Level of Preparedness:
Like other chapters within the state, ABAS Ignatius Ajuru University is fully and actively ready to participate in the ABAS International Congress under the umbrella of ABAS Rivers State.

✅ Within this period, the chapter has successfully carried out courtesy visitations within the school premises. The chapter has also remained consistent in supporting ABASites with welfare packages such as food items, toiletries, and more.

The chapter also launched her Evangelical/Media set to support the dissemination of the gospel through social media.

𝑾𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒈𝒍𝒐𝒓𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒉𝒐𝒏𝒐𝒖𝒓, 𝒘𝒆 𝒆𝒙𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒅 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒅𝒆𝒆𝒑𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑴𝒐𝒔𝒕 𝑯𝒐𝒍𝒚 𝑭𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑯𝒊𝒔 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒈𝒖𝒊𝒅𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑯𝒊𝒔 𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒓𝒆𝒏.

During the early hours of Saturday July 26th, 2025, the ABASites of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education undertook another significant outreach, to spread once again, the Gospel of our Father, His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu, around the school campus. The outreach was a resounding and successful one, as the divine teachings on "Love and Forgiveness" were disseminated to all. Spreading to everyone the divine teaching of God, emphasizing the power of love and the importance of forgiveness, and inspiring them with the transformative benefits of practicing these virtues.

Teaching them to know that those who practice true love and forgiveness, as taught by our Father, His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu, benefit from inner peace and spiritual freedom where bitterness, hatred, and resentment fade away, deeper connection with God as stated in Hebrews 13:1 and John 15:12, liberation from the burden of unforgiveness which frees the soul from the weight of past hurts and opens the heart to God's grace, divine protection and favor when we forgive, spiritual maturity and growth that demonstrate Christ-like character, restoration of broken relationships through healing and unity among brethren, freedom from fear and anxiety by trusting in God's justice, and multiplication of blessings as we sow love and forgiveness and reap divine rewards.

During the evangelism session, a brother asked: "What should you do when you know someone is trying to bring you down?" Our Father teaches us to respond with love and prayer. When someone seeks to harm us, we should not retaliate but instead pray for them, knowing that God sees all things and will vindicate His children. Love covers a multitude of sins, and our loving response can transform even the hardest hearts while maintaining wisdom and avoiding unnecessary danger.

Another brother then inquired: "What if you keep forgiving the person and the person successfully achieves their bad intentions, for example, killing you? What will be their fate?" Our Father reminds us that vengeance belongs to God alone. If we die showing love and forgiveness, we enter into eternal glory with our Father. The person who persists in evil after receiving love and forgiveness will face God's perfect justice, though our continuous love and forgiveness may still reach their heart before it's too late. We trust completely in God's sovereignty and justice, knowing that no evil deed goes unnoticed by Him, and that our faithful love is never in vain.

The session, filled with attentive interaction and profound spiritual inquiry, successfully dispersed the messages of our Father to His children, letting them know the transformative power of love and forgiveness. Questions were asked with sincere hearts, and answers were given through the wisdom of the Holy Spirit, all to the glory of the Father,
