Another one is Transaction&Bureaucratic:The fundamental requirement for the transaction style is that a transaction between the leader and the team member or followers exists.The transaction is of 2 kinds 1:It involves the organisation paying the members wages for effort and jobs done to requirement.2:The leader has right to discipline a member of the team if their work does not meet an appropriate standard.
