Hello lovelies!!!
At work, I gave a talk on INITIATIVE.
Initiative means application of wisdom as it involves decision making.
In life we set goals, accomplish these goals and complete a task.
When we set goals, it can either be for a career purpose or to solve a problem. In accomplishing the goals, we come across challenges and obstacles. It's actually our decision to back out or to stay and fight these challenges, overcome the obstacles and make some sacrifices and remain on track...
Initiative can also mean doing something without being told what to do.... It helps us make decisions in life: to wake up early to work, to switch off electrical appliances before leaving the house etc....
